Young Reinventing Your Life

Jeffrey Young developed schema therapy, and we’ll be using this book if working together in a schema-aware way.

 

Session length

Each session will last 50 minutes. Generally we will do one session weekly, but we can increase this if it seems helpful to both of us.

 

Cancellation

Life happens. Generally I’ll need two days notice of cancellation, otherwise I may charge for the missed session.
